Using Web Proxys

Just a quick question - I am in the US, and want to watch CBC streaming online video - but in order for that to work, I need a Canadian IP address - anyone have any suggestions/websites that I can do to make it work??

Why would they enforce a requirement for Canadian IP's thats just ridiculous. Isn't the internet supposed to be world wide?

They do the same thing for US networks sometimes. Where they will say "watch full episodes online" but they don't work in Canada.

technically speaking you can but i don't think the streaming would be any good since data has to travel to the proxy and then to the destination.
