PRICE DROP - $359,900!

My wife and I are selling our house in McKenzie Towne.

It has a unique double master bedroom floor plan where both bedrooms have their own en suite and walk-in closets. There is also a loft office area and linen closet on the second floor. It makes it really easy if you are young and plan to rent out a room to a friend.

The main level has oak hardwoods and ceramic tile throughout. All of the kitchen appliances come with the house and were upgraded quite a bit when I built the house. It has a gas convection stove, upgraded fridge, quiet dishwasher and a 1HP garburator.

The basement is unfinished but is over 9 ft deep with extra large windows. The maytag washer and dryer are included in the sale.

The backyard is MASSIVE. The entire lot is over 6500 sq ft and has enough room for a HUGE garage and still have lots of lot left. It is also fully fenced and landscaped and has a 12x14 pressure treated deck with BBQ gas line.

If you are interested please contact our realtor directly, but feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Does the double master layout mean that you have to go through a bedroom to get to a bathroom on the second floor?

Basically. There are 2 bedrooms and an office loft on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own en suite and walk-in closet.

There is a half bath on the main floor for guest and people visiting and there is also a 3 pc rough-in in the basement should you decide to develop it.

If you developed the basement you could easily end up with 3 full bedrooms each with their own private bathroom.

The yard backs on the the intersection of 2 backlanes.

The yard is fenced with the exception of a 24x24 gravel pad in the back of the lot.

You could easily build a triple garage back there (you would have to take down some of the fence to extend the pad) and still have a TON of space in the backyard.

The entire lot is around 6500 sq ft and about 4000 sq ft of that is behind the house. When I sodded the back yard I used over 3000 sq ft of grass.

Jlude, are you thinking about making an offer?

I would be interested in talking with you about going halfers, or renting a room, I work in the SE now.

I'm absolutely in love with this house and thinking about making an offer.

Where in the SE are you working now? My lease is up very soon and I'm gonna be looking for a place, either to buy or rent...

Bump

Fairly flexible on price and also on the possession date as my wife and I aren't taking possession of our house for another few months.

The front of the house faces SW and the back faces NE.

The yard is huge and is always sunny during the day since it is too deep to be fully covered in shadows.

The deck is also stays nice and cool during the heat of the afternoon but warm in the mornings to have breakfast and lunch on.

No attached garage. However there is lane access and more then enough space to build a garage as big as you want in the back.

I was thinking about building a triple garage (36x24) before we decided to move.
