I new the first owner, and he put it down after 350kms... scared him self and sold it to me... They put a rebuilt status on it but he had it fixed threw his insruance and the work done at Alberta cycle i think it was in edmonton... He then had the alberta inspection done on it and it passed no problem, then i had my own inspection done on it before i bought it and again not a problem... And i have been driving it ever since that 350kms (last two summers) with not one issue. As well i would not hesitate for a second for any one wanting to have it inspected by any shop in town.
There were a few more scratches and such on it since i bought it and i am having them all fixed before i sell it..

it was never used for stunting, rarely driven in the city (maybe 10 trips to and from work down town), mostly out with my neightbour and his daughter in the back country (black dimond type of thing)
