just stock lips. Some are banged up a bit so the wheels came with some extra lips. But there is no real need to change them if you dont want to.

And no, i have no need for the tires so it's a package deal. It's cheap as is. Almost giving the tires away

They are BBS RMs not stock VW wheels

yes i know there BBS RM's.
and yes they were a factory option for early 90' VW's.
on vortex you can pick up a set in fair condition for $450

those wheels are in pieces and they dont have tires (mine are brand new tires)
