why am i torrenting so slow?

My torrent downloads are taking forever, even if they do have a good amount of seeders.

I have rogers hi speed,
firewall, no viruses, and im not running any external programs that could affect my internet speed

is there anything else that could be slowing me down?




btw if anyone has a torrent of the new Topgear episode that has a good connection, link it.

might have to do with demonoid being down/blocking canadian traffic....
