Samsung SPH-M620, anyone have one?

my lg chocolate is pissing me off, and i'm due for an upgrade. i really like the size of this phone (could care less about mp3) but the guy i talked to at a telus location was saying that they were getting a ton of them back for warantee issues.

My friend bought one, had it for 2 days and the phone froze up completely. Since the keypad has to be removed to get to the battery, he had to bring it in to the dealer and it took them almost a week to figure out whether or not it had water damage. I think they offered him a new one but he's going to exchange it for something else.
