Whats a 02 civic sir with an rsx engine swap worth? Average kms i believe good condition, power, rims that sort of thing. Thanks.

there was one on here awhile ago and the guy had it for 14,500. i was thinking about buying it, but the seller ended up keeping it.

I doubt more than 16k if you want it sold, but you never know. Ask Gpomp, he'd know

I had a 2002 sir 80KM had the regular engine which is the same as the base rsx. ( are you meaning a type s engine?) and i sold mine for 16,700

Just to let you know, those SIRs have the biggest recall list ever. I had a million things go wrong with mine so i finally just sold it. Thats why you dont see to many on the road.

I've had zero problems with mine. And I haven't heard from any other EP3 owners that they've had "a millions thing go wrong".

You dont' see many on the road cause nobody bought the damn thing.

They were overpriced and stock they're pretty ugly.

for almost the same price most went with the RSX premium.

If it's a swapped base RSX engine, it's not an upgrade and would actually bring down the value of your car.

All those dreamers that have are saying $16k are just that. You can easily find cars in this shape with below average mileage for $14k and lower. A quick search here on beyond brings up mostly 03s and none of them are priced above 14k:

An K20A2 swapped SIR went on beyond for not much more than $14k too not too long ago but it didn't turn up in the search results with the criteria I specified.
