LF: Adidas TKD Shoes

I'm looking for a retailer that sells Adidas Taekwondo Shoes. They look like this:

Anyone know where I can get them? I see them online, but would prefer to buy them locally.

these also make for a great driving shoe.

i believe you can get them at any taekwondo place in calgary

I was thinking that my second option to buy them was to walk into a TKD school and get them there. However it feels weird doing that especially when I'm not taking classes from them :nut:

Try Kicks on 32nd ave, 19th st NE? That's where I got mine, though they had to order mine in. Are you looking for that one particular pair with laces?

And yes, they are awesome!!! After two years through heavy rain, snow, hiking, etc etc they are falling apart...but still comfy as shit

You could probably get some from Kee's Tae Kwon Do School in Saskatoon. Just give them a shout.

So I tried ordering a pair off of Superfoots.com and it never went through. Their customer service was horrible. It went something like this.

I selected the Adidas Ultra III (not the pair I have pictured in first post, those are SM-II's). I paid with my Visa and received a confirmation email on the 16th of October. Nothing happens for the next 2 days so I email them to check the status on the 19th. I receive a response the same day saying that they will ship within 24 hours. I wait till the 21 and check the status and it still says "will ship within 24 hours". I check my visa to see if they have charged it yet...nope. So I email them again asking what is going on and they tell me that its not in stock! Umm why did you say you will ship within 24 hours then? Then they ask me if I want a different style or size? I asked them what they had for size 8's and they replied that they only had the SM-II's in stock for that size.....grrr.

so :thumbsdow to superfoots. I ended up canceling the order.

As for Kees...(this is my old TKD school too, attended it in S'toon). Anyways I called the Calgary branch, and left a message. A few days later I received an email about my inquiry. I responded a few days later and asked about pricing and which brands/models they carry (because there is also a Nike shoe). Till this day there has been no response. Which is a bit surprising since he has known me for for at least 10 years and it was a blackberry/rogers email address.... So didn't get any from Kees... :thumbsdow

I found a pair off of ebay from the seller "animeciti" who has an ebay store of the same name and is located in California. I bought them on the Oct 24th and they apparently arrived earlier today (Oct 30) but I was out. Shipping was $20 but the speed they got here was amazing! Now I'll just have to wait and see how they turn out and will tell you guys about the quality. Oh Superfoots shipping was $29.99.

So I just picked the shoes up from the post office and they were great! Didn't have to pay duty or anything (even though they are made in Korea). The shoes are of great quality and shipping was fast (6 days!)! So I definitely recommend "animeciti" from ebay.

I got mine off of him too lol. Was gonna get the ultra-3s as my second pair but got the Nike's instead. They don't make good shoes for running though.
