Radio says they have to unload the whole truck by hand in order to turn it back over so 16th west will be closed for hours!

I saw that around 2:30... they were pulling all the stuff out of the truck and putting it in the other truck, both lanes were closed, and they were diverting all traffic to 52nd ave. It was the westbound lanes only (I was going eastbound).

well, my guess is that the tractor had a steer blowout when paired together semi truck and steerblowout at 90+ pretty shure the truck drive didnt stand a chance of correcting the hard pull,

^^???, The Semi from my understanding was coming of the 52nd turn off and lost control. One of the guys i work with saw it happen just off to the right of him.

probbably cause they only had a carry deck to flip it over... bigger crane coulda gotten that in a snap
