So i come out to my car this morning and my rear windsheild is smashed. probably about a 12X12 hole. Seriously if your gonna disrespect a car why not egg it. atleast that cleans off. OR. howabout just not do it at all. :dunno:

......Nope, better idea... throw a god damn TI-83 plus graphing calculator at it. Shit i know this isnt a huge problem but calgary is beginning to be a dirty ass city. What are we at now like 6 shootings in 4 days. Plus the Pick-axe attack... Ppl need to get sum respect.

id be pissed if it werent for insurance. before i called them i called around and got quoted 1700 for a new window.

Anyways Gotta go take in the calculator to the Police so my Insurance company will cover for new Window. If i get the calculator back itll be up for sale on beyond haha.

Happened to me last year, then my insurance agent cancelled my policy a week later for no reason he was just a bitch. To this day I have a smashed rear glass since its damn impossible to find a replacement. Dealer wants 700 plus 180 day freight from Japan. What a joke.

even if it wasnt my car and i seen someone vandalize i would rage, and the best part- i would just tell myself that this is the same guy who stole my turbo II fc3s, and broke into my mk3 golf 4 times, and broke into my pathfinder and vandalized my 350z in banff last weekend. now i know there is no way it was all the same people/person but my size 12's are not going to be able to distinguish when im delivering the free of charge dental work.

You won't get the calculator back.

Last time my car got broken into the thieves left a nice pocket knife. The cops took it for "finger printing" and I never saw it again.

In hindsight I wish I would've kept it - at least I would've got something from the break in.

At least you weren't driving the car when they blasted out your window. About 15 years ago (yeah, I'm old) I was driving out of a parking garage off 9th Ave at 2 am on a saturday night, with a buddy, and a huge rock came crashing through the back window of my Audi coupe.

Some ass-heads dropped it off the second story of the parking garage, and got the bulls-eye (my window)... probably the guys we told to go f**k themselves 5 minutes earlier. We immediately bailed out of the car and chased them but didn't catch them.

Cost me $300 from the wrecker, plus $150 installation.

That sucks, some stupid spoiled brats, hopefully they get the asswhooping they deserve. Especially having plastic for months because you need a window shipped. When I moved to Invermere, was living on main street right next to the two bars, and my rear window got SMaSHeD the first week there. Some drunkard kicked it out, luckily they didn't jack the stereo or my bike+gear offa the seat. It was summer, so it wasn't too bad until the cops got on my case because "someone could reach in and cut themselves" :rolleyes: Luckily I drive a POS, so the window was $40 plus a $4 tube of uhh that black goopy stuff, polyurethane? Plus like four hours to scrape off the bloody glass and old seal... GAH, STOOPID KIDS!! Get off my lawn, etc. :guns:

lol you replaced the window yourself? haha props to that. i dont even know where to start if i were to replace mine. plus i cant even find a available window in canada.

i got lucky though that insurance covers it. this window is worth about 2 grand after i get new mouldings and my tinting re-done.
