overboost?!

I cant seem to figure it out but maybe my ebc is malfunctioning. i have it turned OFF yet i exceed a bar of boost when i absolutely gun it! where as just a week ago it only went to like .6-.7 bar...what the heck?! anybody got any ideas?

Go a leak in the hose feeding your waste gate actuator or a kink maybe. Is it an internal waste gate or external?
