So my Dell laptop CD burner just shat the bed. Won't read anything anymore. I've installed the latest drivers, ran though multiple troubleshooting programs, pulled it out of the laptop, cleaned the contacts, etc. , nothing. Refuses to work anymore. My question is, being that this is a Dell laptop, do I need to run with a Dell replacement CD drive, or can I put anything in here.
