WTR - suite or apartment

Looking for either a basement suite or an apartment to rent. Just for one person and a cat and wold definitely prefer something fairly central; ie. Bridgeland, Mount Pleasant, Ramsay, Inglewood, Montgomery, Sunnyside, Ogden, etc. Don't want to be out in one of the new communities, commuting sucks. Must be reasonably priced. This is for a clean, quiet, working male with a cat. Non-partyer and responsible. Flexible on move in date as well.

I have a large basement for rent in Deer Run. 2 Bedroom, own bath. Lots of storage. Shared kitchen with upstairs and no seperate entry though.

I have a 1 bedroom suite in riverbend (just as close as ogden to anything) everything is seperate except for shared laundry. It is brand new and should be ready Nov. 1st. I am looking for $1000 a month plus $1000 DD this includes all untilities and cable and internet. PM me if interested.
