Anyone here know a good website that will show me how to setup user accounts and groups. I need a step by step thing. I know eveything else but how to use active directory part. thanks

This should help

Open MMC, add the Users and Computers snap in.

Once open, go to users and computers, right click, new user, fill out the appropriate. If you are creating groups, make sure to seperate the security and distro groups, in they're own ou some people don't, but I find it easier to do so for management. Distro groups are for email groups, security groups are just that.
