fog light install

alright so i ordered jdm style fog lights for my 99 civic and i thought i could install them myself pretty easily but i took a look and i dont have any idea of where to start...would there be any shops that you guys can suggest and could do it for a pretty fair price or is it worth taking it to the shop because they are just gonna rip me off...
