any one ordered a phone from the rogers customer service lately? i got a hell of a deal, but wtf, i ordered it last week, it hasnt come yet so i phone shitty ass rogers customer service, some retarded from MONCTON (who cant speak english) finally figures out im trying to get the tracking number, he gives it to me, i try it on the ups website, and "ups has no information on the package you are trying to find. please check back later"

its been a fucking week? does that mean it isnt even sent yet!?

UGH. WTF?!

this has to be my first rant on beyond. fuck im annoyed.

You didn't get it sent to a PO box by chance did you?

If so, you're hooped.

Other than that, try calling UPS, they do lose stuff on occasion.

Oh and Rogers Customer Service is based out of Moncton, not India :thumbsup:

Dude a week is not a long time. Normally shipping from companies take 2-3 weeks.

But if you're not home, you can go to their office to pick it up I believe. At least that's how it is with Canada Post and Purolator and FedEx. They'll leave you a notice on your door with the number on it.

haha i used to work at fedex and still dont understand how it takes so long to ship things. like they come into calgary and they leave that morning?!
i've got our receptionist trying to get them to re-route it here. woop woooop.
im just DYING without a decent phone ok?! haha

it's almost all the time fido/roger's fault

i had called a total of 5 times for a phone i ordered
1st 2 times, can't give me tracking number
3rd time gave me a number that wasn't a tracking number
than escalated
than had another phone sent out

only to find that they charged price of two phones on my bill

screwed up my bill with credits etc. for at least 3 months

and i had called the shipping company before only to find out that in the course of 3 weeks, there was no order whatsoever to my address at all

i just called UPS back, and they said they just picked up the phone from rogers yesterday?
where would they have picked it up from? and why would it take them a fucking week to get the phone out?!
sigh.
i need this thing in my hand already haha.

it takes these idiots, 24 hours, to change the address on a package. instead of changing it when it comes back into the depot, that day. they have to tell the driver, after he's already left for the day, the NEXT day. and he may not be able to deliver it now. beautiful. why do they make this so painful?

fedex is way better.

Ive always had great service from rogers/ups. I've ordered 3 phones and always have gotten them in 2 days. If I orderd on a wednesday afternoon, the fone is usually here by friday bright early morning.

I tried, they said there driver wouldnt be back before the depot closed.
but they finally delivered it today! woop woooop.
