I have been to both numerous times and the food has always been great as well as the service!

I went to one last week a couple doors down from the Whiskey (sorry, not sure of the name) that was really good. Supposed to be one of the best Thai places in town.

+1 For Rose Garden Thai Restaurant! This place is pretty good!

I went to the King and I last week for the first time...food was VERY tasty, but the service was not great, and it was VERY overpriced. there was 4 of us and we ordered the Thai feast for 4. I left hungry and the total bill was $200 including a $35 bottle of wine. I spent 2 weeks in Thailand and didn't spend that much on food the whole time!

Personally, I don't think Calgary's Thai food selection is all that great, but out of the ones there are, I would say Rose Garden first, Thai-Sa-On second.

Agreed! Can't remember the name though. Also I really like Chilli Club on 17th ave and about 36th street west.

Authentic Thai food with a GREAT atmosphere. Highly recommended!
