The tailgate on my car has recently been replaced, and painted by an autobody shop. I'm wondering if one of you can help.

I have looked at the new paint under the sun, and I can see clearly all the blisters and pumps from the new paint. From the reflection of the paint, the image reflected is extremely blurry because of the blisters.

What is consider poor paint job? I understand that it's impossible to get something like an original paint, but what is unacceptable?

From what it sounds like, what they gave you is unacceptable.

I had repair work & paint done, and the paint job looked like brand new paint. A nice even gloss, smooth, perfect blend, no distortion.

Do you have any pictures of it?

In addition to the paint I have concern about, this is considered a new hatch, the new "original manufacturer" part from Toyota, but it came with irregular CREASE here and there, which the autobody has mentioned that they will fix. Plus now my hatch can't close properly without a HARD HARD slam...
