Applied for a job at Shaw Cable, specifically as a Technical Support Rep., and got to the testing stage.

Was wondering if u could give me some advice on what kinda stuff they test u on?

Also need advice on what to prepare for the interview too! (preferably from someone who has already had an interview @ Shaw)

Thanks - any advice would be appreciated!

well lets do a little mock interview shall we...

first, we'll need a few photo's of you, preferably not wearing baggy clothes, to verify you are who you claim you are..

we'll need your age, weight and height

next, we'd like to know a little about who you are and what you enjoy?

and I guess your interests... keep it short.

ok, good, now for the physical side of things..

how flexible are you?

can you touch your elbows behind your back?

...let's start with that,

All you need at the moment is a warm body and you are pretty much hired. The turn over rate is really high for the TSR's mostly because no one in their right mind wants to answer phones calls about why the internet is broken :nut:
