Looks like 4 of the defenders froze, thinking the play was over, after the ball hit the ground on that last lateral. They totally would've had the guy if they kept playing. Crazy play.

I am not familliar with the rules in American Football, but what was so special about this play? How is it different from the usual gameplay? :dunno:

in the NFL or CFL you never see laterals. well, once in a blue moon you might. but to see this, it is insane.

Lateral.. So that's what it's called..

Everytime I'd watch Rugby / AFL / Aussie Rules I'd always wish they would pull similar shit in American/Canadian football.. It always seemed to make the game so much stronger..

no more 12 second plays, make those fuckers run.. I just really dig the concept of rushing and lateraling(?..)

Either way, that looked crazy.. tight play.
