The car barely has a shadow as well, and the sky is quite overcast. Indicating it's cloudy, and the sun is probably at it's highest peak, so no, it wouldn't have a shadow (not a noticeable one anyways)

Picture was taken at 1:15 PM, a time when the sun is high in the sky, probably very close to directly overhead. Day seems to be overcast, leading to very diffused light, which minimizes shadows. Notice that even the car isn't throwing much of a shadow in these conditions.

Lol if you have ever seen Akuzas line of wheels, that hoodscoop and all is quite appropriate, mounted countless Akuza chrome wheels and i've hated every minute of it, cheap chrome wheels made in indonesia, start to corrode after first week of winter(people buy these as a winter tire package at my work)
