1988 HONDA CIVIC H/B DX Red

This has been my daily driver for the last 4.5 years. Automatic transmission was replaced 2 years ago w/JDM part, could use a windshield replacement, has the usual Honda rust around the wheel wells, burns some oil, but runs strong. Timing belt was replaced this summer. It has aproximately 276,000 km at the time of this post. Vehicle is located in Airdrie. Included is an Alpine CD deck + subwoofer/amp setup. Also comes with two sets of rims/tires. See attached pictures.

-I can take more pics if you like. As a buyer, I personally would like to see a car in person.

-Bumpers were changed because I prefer the coloured ones as opposed to the ugly flat black ones.

-No accidents since I've owed it, don't know much about it's history.

-Interior is in fair to good condition, no tears and stuff like that.

-Automatic JDM version w/lock up TC was installed at T&T, it was the least expensive choice for me at the time.

-Windshield is ok I guess, has a vertical crack along the 'a' pillar driver's side and a horizontal crack down near the wipers.

-It does have a sunroof (manual).

Thanks for your interest!

Dirty?
Meh. Its expected with this weather.

Damn clean car inside for sure, and not too bad of rust for an 88!
Would make an AMAZING winter or daily car!

Just a quick question:
Whens the last time this thing had its safety inspection? Was there anything that was needed to pay attention to when it was last done? (ie. control arms, trailing arms, struts, anything)

Insurance safety inspectiion was done on it at Honda West in 2003 when I bought it. It needed a windshield that I had replaced and a right outer tie rod end + alignment, which I had to get done as well. Right now, the only flaw I could possibly see it having, is the rear brakes might need replacing before next summer. Last checked I was told they're at 20% remaining.
