Anyone heard of them?

I was searching on ebay for the hell of it and saw that there was quite a bit of ADR or BSA rims for sale.

I've never heard of them so i just wanted to see if anyone has seen the quality of the rims.

I'm sure you get what you pay for when its only $60/rim LOL

ADR is a leader in the wheel industry, providing consumers with the highest level of quality from our state of the art manufacturing facilities. Providing the largest variety of wheels with fitments for most import and domestic applications; is the basis of ADR.

Gonna state the obvious of "You get what you pay for"

That out of the way, I noticed they require "special lug kits"... Sounds painful. They also don't seem to have anything UNDER 17"...

They make me think rip off... of rip offs.

I bought a set of ADR Flite fives off ebay over 3 years ago. I was very impressed with the rims for the price.

The flite fives are extremely light 16.5lbs for a 17" and ive hit some pretty mean pot holes with them and they havent bent or warped whatsoever.

THe finish to this day still looks brand new the paint hasnt chipped or flaked off and the machined face still shines like it was just polished.

I'm not sure about there other model of wheels but i have been more than satisfied with my purchase

as well my friend pruchased a set of adr Sokudos (what you posted in your link) only in pure gunmetal and the finish hasnt started to chip or flake at all he still using them.

<----- Look at my pic. Bought it over the summer with tires and came balanced and everything. Took a while to ship but I've gotten alot of compliments.

ADR has been around forever. They are cheaper wheels, but no cheaper than your typical ones

Did you guys have to buy their lug nuts, valve stems and hub centric rings?

Normal lugs work just fine. Didn't have to buy anything.

nope regular tuner lugs and the normal wheel locks work fine. I just got all my stuff from CMS, came out to i think $50 for every thing :dunno:

I bought a set of 20" ADR wheels for my Audi. They held up excellent, but the clear finish started peeling after just a few months... :(

I cringe when I see these on higher end vehicles (actually just about any newer vehicle too). There's nothing like spoiling the look of your car by slapping on a set of cheap wheels.
