I heard there is a Rally race this weekend up in K-Country this weekend. supposed to be televised through TSN.

Kananaskis runs on the 11th, the spectator stage is about 20km in on hwy 68 off hwy 1. http://www.kananaskisrally.com is the site.
I don't know about TSN covering it.
The Canadian Rally Championship (of which Kananaskis is not a part) is being aired on City/A-Channel each Saturday for the next few weeks (13 total episodes, I think). Check the SpecialStage forums. http://www.specialstage.com

As for WRC, the torrents are out there if you search.
