Hi guys, thinking about possibly buying a house, and wondering if anyone could recomend a mortgage broker that can help.

or, if there is a better way to do this, please let me know.

you can try my cousin, she's fairly new at the biz, but she's got a lot of support from her company:

But they'll all basically do the same thing for you... just make sure you find oen that is no out of pocket for you (the bank pays them)

Obligatory recommendation for D.Dub here at Beyond. He got mine at an awesome rate. Really good guy. If you do a search there's lots of recommendations and personal experiences posted.

ive tried people in the city and i have got no good rates from a few people, i ended up going with a broker from winnipeg.

send them each a message asking if they're a broker, that way you know you've got the right one before giving any personal info.

what if they both reply saying yes and one is a fake lol jk...good idea but if I may suggest to the OP I am a broker as well and if I could be of any assistance shoot me a pm :thumbsup:
