I just got a parking ticket for parking at northhill mall. I go to sait. where would I pay this ticket? somewhere downtown?

you can pay at an ATB Financial branch, or i believe any bank branch you are with. you can also mail-in the payment to the address on the back.

Well if they don't get an answer on here they might wanna talk to a lawyer or an accountant and if worst comes to worst maybe just maybe call the parking authority. Oh ya and read the ticket.

.....If it's a standard police issue ticket, you can just pay it on the CAA website. Easiest way to do it.
