Well if you were to compare it to a Calgary, yes its an incredible price!

This place was completely gutted and renovated last year. Its only 10 min from the Lake. Mountain view from two directions and big beautiful fully grown tree's everywhere.

Reason for selling, he is building a 4000sq/ft home on 4acres of land just North of this place. Get this, his new place with the cost of land is only $500K

Goes to show you just how bad we are getting raped in this fucking city.
