just wait....the 8800gt stock so low that most stores can barely keep them in stock....ME and NCIX for instance.....besides that most reviews were done at the begin of November....most stores weren't prepared for the great reviews that this lil chip was going to have....

the 8800GT is the card that you should get over the 7900GTX... :D

I'd suggest either waiting it out or try and preorder the card...

I'm taking a stab at it but you're wanting the card to play either COD 4 or Crysis? :drool:

I know that with my 7600GT - I'm getting average of 30-40FPS @ 1280x1024 2x Antiliasing in COD4 but I'm going to wait until ME gets a decent stock of the 8800GT before buying it (me thinks that I'll go for either the KO or SSC model) :eek:


that EVGA model @ FS looks like that it's just the base model 600/1800, and for the same price you could wait and get the Superclocked 650/1900 - 280ME, SSC model 700/2000-330ME
