I'm looking to rent the second bedroom in my place for december 1st.
it's an 1100 sq ft two bedroom 2 bathroom condo style apartment right near glenmore landing. the bedroom is a decent size, and you basically end up with your own bathroom because the second bathroom is located in my room and it's all I ever use.
complex has an indoor swimming pool, and underground parking is available for a small additional cost...
rent is $600/month for the room. damage deposit will be $600.
