how big is the tip and the inlet and would it fit on a neon

The tip is 4" in diameter and the inlet is 2.5", it fits mostly any cars.

Actually I will only ship the item when the personal check is cleared in the bank, it takes about 1 week, this will be the safest way for both of us.
