Vehicle Details
Year : 1988
Make and Model : Oldsmobile 2.8 V6 FWD
Exterior Color : Light Blue
Interior Color : Dark Blue
Auto or Manual? : Automatic
Odometer Reading : 227 xxx km
Location of Vehicle : Calgary, Alberta
Description : Could be used as a winter beater.
The Good : - Engine runs strong
- 2 new all season tires (bought 3 months ago)
- newer battery
- BRAND NEW alternator
- Good on gas (~500k a tank in the city)
- AC/Heat works
- Power windows, power locks
- NO RUST under the car. (entire underside was replaced by previous owner)
The Bad - Leaks coolant.
- A spot on drivers side door which i sanded down due to rust. (not repainted)
- E-brake doesn't work. (was changed, might just have to be stretched and re-set.)
- Trunk is power released (power release does not work anymore, therefore trunk does not open; lock needs changed, unless you don't plan on using trunk :)
Asking Price : $150
I recently upgraded, therefore don't need this anymore. Just as i purchased the new car, this one started acting up (leaking coolant). I took it to the shop, they tightened the clamps, still leaking coolant. I'm trying to be honest here; I don't know where it's leaking coolant from, I don't want to know. It might be a DYI job, it might not.
At this moment, I have a JVC deck in there. I will leave that with the car. (probably worth half of what i'm asking for it right there :))
As mentioned the trunk release does not respond anymore; resulting in a non-opening trunk. In the trunk I have a JL 500/1 amp and a 10" pioneer premier sub. Car was wired/setup by wrxer1. (The trunk setup i would like to keep, unless someone is willing to take the whole package at a little extra $)
I think that pretty much sums it up. Any questions please give me a call. I need this gone TODAY. Sold as is.
