So my mom just bought a used Lancer from Platinum Mitsu last week and over the weekend I discover that it doesn't have the spare tire tool kit in the trunk. The spare tire and jack are there, infact they've never been used. So I call the sales guy that sold the car to us. He says he checked around with the service guys and found nothing.
So I demand that they give us one. He tells me he has to check with the manager and call back tomorrow. Am I asking too much?? For one thing, we never considered to check the trunk for those things, I'm sure most people would just assume everything is there. The only thing is, we paid for the car, but I still think they should provide us with a tool kit. Obviously if we knew before paying for the car, we would have ask for it before handing over the money.
