Toyota was big on auto's. The supra was a luxury sports car with all the bells and whistles for its day. They made a lot of the MKIII's as auto's and even more of the MKIV's are automatic.

The one thing I learned about auto's and turbo cars is that they are a different animal than most would think. The real nice thing about it is when you boost, it stays boosted until you let off. Makes for a very smooth, fast acceleration. This makes it very nice to drive on the street as well as the track.

There is a pretty good chance that the MKIV I will be buying in the spring will be an auto as well. Comfortable and quick is a very nice combination.:)
