How many people have you had through your place so far?

Our house a few blocks away has been on the market for 6 weeks now and we have had 40+ people through and only one lowball offer (they couldnt qualify for a big enough mortgage).

Maybe about half what you've had but there are around twice as many condos for sale too. Getting a little frustrated now because we take possession of our house dec. 14th but only if we sell this place. We've reduced our price quite a bit and is now one of the best condo deals in the neighborhood. Somebody has to jump on it pretty soon...:banghead:

Price drop by 10k. New price will be $239,900 which will not show up on mls for a day or so. If you are interested pm me and I'll arrange for a showing as my life revolves around selling right now...lol :whipped:

BUMP for a good condo complex.

Walking distance to a ton of stores and restaurants and a 20 min bus ride direct to downtown.
