Do all you G35 owners bring your cars to Hyatt for service? Kind of had a bad experience there last time and was thinking about bringing mine to a nissan dealership for service. Any other shops you guys use?

A friend of mine just opened up a shop at

Option Import
4674 Macleod Trail S
287-8332
Jim Lo

He has worked at nissan, honda, toyota, and Acura. They are going to be focusing on doing maintenace work on all models and will have very good pricing.

Jim is a great mechanic and very honest, you will not go wrong by taking your G to him, mine will be going there from now on.

For oil changes, I don't go to Hyatt. I took my G Coupe to Sunridge Nissan and got an oil change done for $78 bucks (M1 Synthetic) Hyatt charges $120

i need to get my service D done aswell as my brakes i think cause they are starting to make noises already. might try Sunridge Nissan cause i always feel raped everytime i bring my car to Hyatt.

btw did anybody else know that the brakes on 03-04 G35 coupes only last 15,000 to 20,000 kms?

Haha, the sales person trying to sell me a G37 recommends going to Stadium for minor services.

I wouldnt go to Hyatt Infiniti for anything related to cars since they are a terrible bunch of crooks there but I have my own thread about that ....

Anyways .. I hear alot of great things about Brasso Nissan!! Almost everyone i talk to has had great customer service from them.

Didn't Nissan go or are going through a major lawsuit because of that?

^^^ when i took my car to Hyatt to ask them why my brakes were squelling already since they were just completely changed only 14,000 km ago the service manager told me that 03 - 04 G35 coupes were known for that and Infiniti had issued a warranty where they would fix the first 3 brake jobs or until 50,000km on these cars.

speaking of this,

so I can potentially bring a new infiniti car into nissan dealership for servicing?

or anything else I still have to go to Hyatt? I dont think other dealerships other than Hyatt has all the parts in case something goes wrong.

I get all my infiniti stuff @ sundridge nissan.
But if you go to Brasso, Infiniti is just 1 block up so they could have a guy walk over there and get w/e part they dont have in stock ;)
