Help With Hids

one of my balast is not sending power to my light it will flicker then theres nothing, dose this mean i need a new balast? or could i get it fixed.

u sure its not the bulb? Same problem happened to me, and it was the bulb...

as a suggestion to help with troubleshooting, switch the ballasts from passenger to drivers side and see if the problem moves, then you've got your answer...

As far as the HId issue, it could be either the igniter or ballast too. Try unplugging the bulb and swapping sides...if the same side still doesn't work, its not the bulb as Civic DXR said.

Best bet is to get a new ballast, repairing it wouldn't even be worth it. Does it a separate ignitor or is it an all in one unit?
