Actually H22A4 is the gen 5 engines. This one is a gen 4 engine - you can clearly see the OBD1 connectors on the distributor.

And H22A1 (gen 4 preludes) are only 190HP. H22A4 (gen 5 preludes) range from 195-200HP depending on the model year.
