personalized plate?

saw a personalized plate today on a mercedes, it was "FLHTCUI', anyone got any ideas what this could mean? it could be some inside thing or whatever, i'm just curious. :dunno:

185+GST is the government fee. Anything more is the service fee charged by the registry that you goto. This is pulled off the Alberta Registries website. It must have gone up because when I got mine, I paid 187 and that included the service fee.

In ontario plates are 8 charaters max
even our normal plates are now 7 charaters because we ran out of the 6 didgit ones

so if you wanted to in ontario you can have
