Stat 213

hey I was wondering if anyone has experience with the exam prep course for stat 213 at U of C?
I was told you can sign up for it online and its about $90 and runs all weekend (dec 8-9)
does anyone know where I can sign up for it ?

I took it...i guess it depends on whose teaching it. i had this bolivar dude.....flat out the gayest man i have ever seen. everyone felt really uncomfortable the whole time.

it'll only help if you ask him/her questions about things you don't understand. I ended up asking him about questions right after, it does help....but it's not worth 90 $.

do you remember what the course is called or if there is a link to their site?
im not really sure now if it is worth the 90$ + time, but i had an assistant prof. teaching her first class ever who could hardly speak english (she is korean i think). so I didnt learn much all semester. plus I did horrible on the Mid-Term.

imo, you should just do the questions from the textbook. i had vidovic last year, and didn't listen to her at all. I would write her notes down, and then do the questions, and afterwards i would figure out wtf she was trying to say to us.

Ok so they ended up canceling the Stat 213 101 prep course.
They did however send me an email with the following link to their course booklet/key which you usually receive after you pay your $95. I write my exam on Wednesday the 19 (LEC 5).
