Urban Customer Appreciation Sale

For those who don't know Urban is a mens/womens clothing store in TD Square.


Urban will be having their Customer Appreciation Sale on Thursday night between 6-9, with 10% off all the marked down stuff (which was just marked down tonight) and all the regular priced stuff. Our Mark-downs are pretty decent, umongst the best in Calgary for simmilar clothing.

I know allot of people hate this store for whatever reason, but there are a few who like the clothing that we have.

Feel free to ask for me, and if I am available I would be more than happy to meet you guys. And for what its worth I don't work on commission.

Underground is having a friends and family sale this Sunday the 9th and will be offering 20% off all items in the store.

Holt is having a designer sale - 40-50% off a huge selection of designer brands.

Neither is very appreciative for a short term sale.... 10 and 20% are both lame, especially at christmas time.... I'd assume pay full price well before the season or after and stay the F*** outta the malls right now, including TD where they're located.

Your welcome for letting you guys know. I understand that the 10% isn't anything to sell your children about, but its more a opportunity to get first dibs at the markdowns, which are extenstive and probably the best out of any store.

Come down if you want, makes no difference to me, just trying to inform those who may be interested.

Just curious why these events are always held on a weekday evening than on weekends?

I would think because weekdays are generally less busy than weekends for shopping, when the stores could use a sales overhaul?
