Incense

This may seem like a ridiculous thing to ask, but does incense pose health concerns? I have never read anything about it being so, but today for some reason I lit one and I was like, hey maybe this could be potentially harmful to ones health. I'm not very worried about, but it seems like a crazy enough concept.

I've heard about the cheap stuff (ie. from the Dollar Store) potentially containing heavy metals.
