do you guys think it's just human nature to continually want to go faster?

I always hear of people getting bored with sub 500cc bikes because they were too slow or whatever... do you 600cc owners still want a faster bike? anyone that rides a liter bike?

I dunno, I know my scooter could use a bit more balls :D

Thing is when you buy a bike you start with something small like a 500 or a 600. Just to learn how to ride and get comfortable. Then you want to move to something bigger!! Faster is always better!

I don't think it's really about faster.. I think it's mostly about that first time rush you get when you hit the throttle.. I'm guessing they're raising the bar so they can experience the same sensation again..

It's easy to go fast in a straight line, the fun is in the corners and is where speed matters most.
