Are you offering a lease incentive or are you asking 2000.00 to take over the lease?

I am simply looking to replace my car. I am willing to sell it for $44,000 (no GST), or let someone assume the attractive lease payments. If you choose to assume the lease, this is how it will work:

1. Leave deposit on the car
2. Fill out credit application with BMW Financial Services
3. Upon approval, pay the remainder of down payment amount (minus deposit)
4. Insure and and register the vehicle and enjoy

The entire process can be completed in as little as a few hours and is throughly simple...

Feel free to contact me regarding questions.

Just about every lease take over I've seen has had some incentive for someone to take it over. Especially since it's priced a little bit higher than market price given the mileage.

http://forums.beyond.ca/st/190911/fs-2006-bmw-330i/ depends on the down payment. with a $595 monthly payment, the OP put a bunch of money down. lease incentives are for cars with zero down and high monthly payments.

For those of you who think I am asking too much please consider this:

This car as brand new was about $61,000 including GST and about $1,000 per month on this lease package with 0 down. The low monthly payments of $595 reflect the down payment / discount applied at the start of the lease.

In today's market, if you were to buy the same car with cash and sell it in two years, you are likely to lose more in deprecation than what the total lease payments here equate to.

I'm gonna chime in on this, cause I can actually vouch for this. I own a 2006 BMW 330i.

This is actually a great deal for this car considering that the monthly payment is pretty low.

However you may have better luck in trying leasebusters.com .

Good luck with your sale!!

Good luck on the sale Rooz,

Unfortunatelly many people don't understand how leases work. It might be easier to sell the car instead. This is what I ended up doing with mine.

Question...

1. If there was a lease takeover, could you put more on the down payment? so lower monthly payments?

Just don't lease. I pay 800 a month on truck that I hate. 1 more year to go.
