Hey,
I have a brand new house for sale in copperfield. Attached is the link. I am willing to sell it for 356,000 with no realtor involvment. Yes it is listed for $369 and on mls it is almost the lowest priced house in copperfield at that price. At 356,000, it is the lowest in copperfield that you will find right now and probably in the future with 2 and a half bathrooms.
It has charcole maple hardwood, really nice color scheme (atleast I think so), stainless appliances with a smooth top range and a bottom freezer frigde, washer and dryer, fireplace, garage pad poured (18 x 20), front veranda, and a lot of really nice features.
As the listings fall off as they are right now and the winter turns to spring, the house will surely go up in value. I've already had it for five months (with no one living in it) and I don't want to rent it. I want my money back out of it and although it will sell for more in a few months, I don't want to carry it. The price of $356,000 is firm and will only be honered without realtor commissions paid on the buyers end. I'll deal with my realtor and the sellers commissions.
