Maybe a dumb question, but do these work with any computer and with Vista?

I have Vista premium.

I do have a TV tuner card, but the remote got lost.

I'm also interested, does it matter what kind of tuner card you use? Or does it only have to interface with media centre and not the card?

Please let me know ASAP, I'll pick it up from you right away if it will work.
