OK so I tried to part out my car but found that I dont have the time (or workspace, anymore) to remove the good stuff from my car and sell the pieces individually.
So the first person with $2700 and a tow truck will get:

-1990 JDM B16A: 90,000 kms, new timing belt, water pump, alt. belt, TPS, J1 tranny recently cleaned w/new rear main seal, ACT performance clutch with literally one week of use (and keep in mind that was all break-in time)
-Brand new HASport mounts (exactly as old as the clutch)
-H&R race springs 2 3/4 inch drop, red in color
-Momo pedals, boot, shift knob
-B+M fuel pressure regulator with fuel pressure guage
-Altezza tail lights (one minor crack)
-Greddy stainless steel muffler
-Uninstalled factory LSD for the tranny

And as Ive said before, youre also getting the 600-800 worth of parts necessary for the B16a swap into a rex

Hook up your car the quick easy way!!!

Is the car able to move under its own power? You mentioned a tow truck?

:dunno: why the tow truck?

theres damage to the FL quarter panel and to the FL suspension so the wheel is pushed back against the fender. So, no, the car wont be driving anywhere

So.. I'm guessing there's frame damage? Meaning it's basically only good for a parts car. If the car doesn't run can it at least roll in neutral? I may be interested and since I have access to trucks and trailers I may be able to do something with those. What all was damaged in the accident? Any pics? What year/model/color/etc of CRX? Get back to me in either PM or e-mail.

if somebody buys the b16, ill part the rest of the car out. Thats what im really looking to get rid of. Its such a waste sitting the way it is.

Damn winter/lowered car/bald tires :banghead:

Who says he'll end up parting it out? If I get it I'll part some of it out and give the Beyonders first dibs on stuff (after I'm done picking it over). Sound ok to you guys? :P

PS- check your Pm's man! *excited*

it has rust on the right rear quarter and surface rust where the damage is on the front left. None on the sunroof though, for those of you about to rust through like I used to be.

Well, I checked out this CRX tonight. Kind of a bummer that the hood broke when I got there and wouldn't open (we tried to open it for a good half hour). Without seeing or having the engine run makes things a bit tough- I had brought my compression tester and my tools. But it has good points and bad points like any other car.

I'm sorry to say to anyone that the damage seems too extensive to fix cheaply or be worth repairing- ie: there is frame damage! basically good for parts only. I also took pics and will upload them to my site soon for anyone interested to look (but again, no engine pics). Reply or PM if you want to see pics.
