SUV's are PIMP! wicked to drive, and u can fit big ass subs in em. they dont handle as good as cars though and they suck on gas, at least mine does.

The only SUV I'd be interested in is a 92-93 GMC Typhoon, too bad they're almost impossible to find up here. I read something or was it a rumour about a twin turbo concept Trailblazer as well, very interesting...

Amen to the big-ass subs. And they're great for camping/hauling crap around. But get a good looking SUV, and not a land boat like the Explorer. I had a CRV and it did me good, personally I prefer the Jeep Cherokee, tho.

Hey Ford king, they actually DO have a trailblazer concept with twin turbo, so I don't see what's wrong with Boostn's post. Lighten up.

LOL , Steath's asking a question about REAL SUV's , and Boostn's talking about a specialty truck built 10 years ago, and a concept.

This is Alberta , where SUV's are driven to get through winter and travel off-road etc., not So-Cal ,where SUV's are just pimpmobiles. How many Typhoons do you see plowing through the snow or cruising down gravel roads ?? Not too many !!

To reply to Steath, SUV's especially 4x4's tend to hold their value even if they're a few years old. They are not cheap on gas , and can be expensive to fix. For their size , there's not much room in the smaller ones. Watch out for leaks around the diffs . If you find one that has larger tires, or winch etc. , chances are it's been off-roaded and possibly beaten . Best to look for a stock truck with normal tires on it.

I read about GM(edit, not GM) making a TT Sonoma with a Dinali drivetrain. It was not production of course

edit:
Here it is, but this is not what he's looking for anyway.

I have an explorer and a Chevy Tahoe. If ur going to be coughin up the bucks for an SUV get one with a V8. My explorer has the power equivlant of a go-kart. But the Tahoe motors. and always has tons of power in reserve.
