Anybody knwo where you can get those pairs that go behind the head ? same places like walmart, the bay, sears?

They are called EarGrips, and Mark's Work Wearhouse has them. They are awesome. Everyone always asks where I got mine from.

Be careful...they carry another brand that don't have a band and are basically little jimmy's for each individual ear...they look super gay. Please don't buy those.
