New to the forum, have a 2000 suburban with a command start 310i, one day the remote started blinking almost steady, battery was low, replaced with a good one however same problem. If anyone could get me a manual for this unit I would greatly appreciate it.

You will need to reprogram the remote.

1. Open the hood. The parklights will come on for 3 seconds and go out.
2. Press and release the hood switch. (Lights will come on)
3. While the lights are on press and release the hoodswitch quickly. (Parklights should remian on) If the parklights do not stay on past 5 seconds repeat steps 2 and 3.
4. Press button I in the transmitter long enough to turn parklights off.
5. Close hood and try remote starter.

I have tried this several times to no avail. If you have any other suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.

Upon reading your first post a little better I realize that you may need a new transmitter.
You can try taking it apart, clean all the contacts, and check the buttons on board to see if they are not stuck.
