Thanks. And did you understate the hp? The 2008 rabbit with 2.5L engine puts out 170hp.

Just priced out a 2008 with the same options and it came to $24.6K. Great price.

bump for a nice VW, and i believe the 2008 rabbits got a 20 hp increase.

yeah 09 went from 150 to 170hp

torque is the same on both model years I believe.

08s you mean right, 09s are still ways away.

The 20 hp bump is hardly noticable. Back to back dynos on vwvortex showed a 6whp difference in the upper ranges.

Anyways great car I don't mind keeping it but now that I have a GTi we have little use for it.
